ContagionSystems (“we”, “us”) is a Canadian business developing risMicThinker. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Accountability

We have designated a person responsible for privacy. You can reach them through the form on our Get Started page.

What we collect

Only what you enter in our demo form: your name, work email, company, role, sector and any message you choose to send. This website does not use cookies or analytics tools.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, arrange your demo and follow up on that request. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree to receive them, and we do not sell your personal information.

Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the same form.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox. Our website host and email provider may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Safeguards

We protect your information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, and access is limited to our founding team.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, through the form on our Get Started page. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (opens in a new tab).

Client data

Information clients share for use in risMicThinker is governed by a separate written agreement and NDA, not by this policy.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.
